Burning Betrayal Movies on Netflix

Like it or not, erotic thrillers are having a moment right now. From Fifty Shades of Grey to the recent Nia Long and Omar Epps entanglement in Fatal Affair, sexy dramas are popping up everywhere.

One such steamy flick is Burning Betrayal, a Brazilian romantic thriller that’s arriving on Netflix this October. Adapted from the novel O Lado Bom De Ser Traida by Sue Hecker, this movie is a must-see for lovers of erotic tales.

1. Burning Betrayal

Burning Betrayal is a Brazilian drama that features sex, danger, and a dazzling love affair. It stars Giovanna Lancellotti, Bruno Montaleone, and Leandro Lima.

The film largely succeeds in its sensuality and character chemistry. It also has a plot that is intriguing and unpredictable. However, the film falls short when it comes to a logical conclusion.

This steamy flick follows the sex-meets-danger formula proven successful by Netflix’s 365 Days trilogy.

2. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1

This movie is by far the most disturbing in the Twilight series. It shows the physical horror of Bella’s pregnancy. She drinks blood milkshakes, becomes horribly emaciated and eventually gives birth.

Director Bill Condon makes the best of Stewart and Pattinson’s limited range as actors. But the film suffers from a thin plot and the over-the-top fetus vs. baby debate. It also features a lot of nudity.

3. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2

The saga ends with this disappointingly soppy and poorly executed final installment. Its devoted fans will no doubt be satisfied but everyone else will be left wondering why they bothered.

Bill Condon manages to elevate the series with his impressive visual sheen but he can’t overcome the script’s clunky dialogue and its needlessly campy elements. A disappointingly uneven conclusion to a worldwide phenomenon.

4. The Twilight Saga: New Moon

It’s the sequel that devoted Twilight fans, Robert Pattinson-aholics and teenage girls have been waiting for. But despite better cinematography and a sexier story, New Moon ultimately falls flat.

When an accountant named Babi (Giovanna Lancellotti) discovers her fiance has been cheating on her, she decides to start over and joins a bike club and starts dating hot judge Marco. Soon, however, he becomes more than she bargained for.

5. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

Director David Slade brings a touch of tautness to the series and there’s enough action here to keep fans happy. But even though it’s better than the abysmal two films, Eclipse can’t overcome its gaping black hole at its emotional centre.

Bella is still utterly devoid of personality and her obsession with vampires/werewolves is hard to buy into. The film also indulges in pointless flashbacks and endless scenes of Bella going to graduation or partying with her human friends.

6. The Twilight Saga: New Moon – Part 3

After a devastating turn of events, Bella must face new dangers — including a pack of vicious wolves and the prospect of losing Edward — in this sequel to Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight saga. This deluxe collector’s edition features a ribbon bookmark, cloth cover and new chapter opener designs.

After a Brazilian erotic movie called 365 Days blew up on Netflix and caused women to ask its creator for cheating advice, the streaming service is back with another raunchy film. Burning Betrayal stars Giovanna Lancellotti and Leandro Limo.

7. The Twilight Saga: New Moon – Part 4

The legions of fans swooning over the Twilight phenomenon may make you cringe, but that doesn’t mean that this movie isn’t enjoyable.

The chemistry between the main characters is undeniable, and it’s great to see Bella grow into her role as a protector of those around her. It’s just too bad that the film doesn’t really take advantage of this potential.

8. The Twilight Saga: New Moon – Part 5

The film features a steamy scene where Bella and Jacob get intimate. It’s a bit much for teenagers to handle, but it’s also steamy and erotic.

New Moon has a few flaws but is a good sequel to Twilight. It’s not perfect, but it’s better than Eclipse. It also has significantly more Edward than the first movie, which is always a plus.

9. The Twilight Saga: New Moon – Part 6

The Twilight Saga: New Moon is a 2009 film that continues the story of Bella Swan and her relationship with vampire Edward Cullen. It was directed by Catherine Hardwicke and written by Melissa Rosenberg.

The movie stars Giovanna Lancellotti in the lead role. She was previously seen in the Netflix original series Summer Heat. The film also features Leandro Lima, who starred in the films City of God and Pantanal.

10. The Twilight Saga: New Moon – Part 7

The second installment of the Twilight saga features more of what made the series an international phenomenon. New Moon is a spellbinding sequel that features more of the romance, suspense and action that has become synonymous with the franchise.

Giovanna Lancellotti and Leandro Lima, best known for their roles in Oscar nominated Brazilian crime drama City of God and Pantanal, star in this erotic film. They waste no time getting down to business and reportedly have horny scenes that border on pornographic.
